Vertical drop tester

We use a high-capacity vertical drop tester to simulate accidental impacts during handling and transit. We can accommodate large and heavy samples — including crated equipment and palletized goods — and evaluate how packaging systems perform in realistic fall scenarios.

Vibration/shake tester

Our vibration table reproduces the effects of transportation by truck, rail, or air. Using pre-programmed ISTA or ASTM profiles, we test for loosening, wear, fatigue, and structural shifting that can occur during prolonged or repetitive movement.

Compression

Whether you're validating stacking strength or simulating accidental over-compression, our compression tester applies uniform force to packaged products. We identify failure points and packaging resilience under stress, helping to ensure compliance and safe load-bearing during storage or transit.

Humidity/environmental

Our environmental chamber simulates real-world environmental exposure. From high humidity and temperature swings to long-duration stress and corrosion tests, this chamber accommodates large-format packaging and oversized equipment for full-system testing in extreme conditions. Ideal for verifying compliance with ISTA and ASTM standards.

Thermal

Our new thermal chamber is under development and will soon allow us to test packaging and product performance at temperature extremes. This capability will support validation of insulation, temperature-sensitive goods, and packaging materials designed for specialized storage and shipping environments.
